Perform satellite Telecommand, Telemetry and Ranging TCR activities as an Engineer within the Engineering Department, reporting to the Head of the Payload and TCR Section. Missions Actively monitor the performance of all TCR systems for satellites procured by Eutelsat and follow their evolution through specification, design, development, build, integration and test from equipment to spacecraft level. Represent Eutelsat at technical meetings and reviews at equipment, system and spacecraft level to ensure that Eutelsats design, analysis and test requirements are being followed and that the equipment will enable Eutelsats TCR performance requirements to be met. Perform onsite review of TCR test results, including those from launch site campaigns when required, to ensure realtime decision making on test result acceptability. Ensure that the Head of Section and the satellite project teams are kept informed as to progress and issues as and when they arise. Actively prepare and participate to all LEOP activities related to TCR systems. Responsible for the preparation, evaluation and reporting of TCR inorbit acceptance tests. Support in orbit control activities related to TCR systems. Assist in the technical evaluation of proposals from satellite manufacturers, specifically with respect to TCR systems. Stay abreast of TCR technology and analysis techniques. Profile University honours degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field. At least 5 years experience in satellite TCR engineering. Ability to work in a team. Excellent knowledge of English
