Hogansburg man jailed following felony DWI arrest in Massena

Massena-based state police charged Kenneth T. Cole, 64, of Hogansburg with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor charges of second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and circumventing a court order requiring him to operate vehicle with an interlock ignition device at 7 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Parker Avenue in the village of Massena. Mr. Cole has three prior DWI convictions.
