Device offers outputs up to 500 mA, as well as thermal shut-down and sleep functionality. Direct control of high and low side drivers is implemented to allow either high side or low side PWM. Using MOS switch results in optimized braking action for motor. Model A3910 can also be used to drive single bidirectional DC motor.
