The clock is ticking for ride-sharing company Uber and its experimental license application, now that the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission has filed the order outlining the board of commissioners' conditions. Uber must demonstrate it is in compliance with the terms of the license by Jan. 5, or it risks having the board decision reversed.
