GomSpace has a continuous focus on improving processes. We are now seeking a new colleague, with a direct report to the CTO located in the Aalborg DK office. Maturing Development Processes From Design to Verification As Development Process Manager, your role is to plan, direct and coordinate sustainable and continuously improving processes in the Technology department. The role involves defining and delivering initiatives inspired by the CMMIframework to improve practices. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization to define the scope of initiatives and to implement the processes. You will be part of a team working with maturity which also includes test management maturity and development and design standards. The responsibilities include Drive a program of process improvement initiatives. Define process requirements and gap analysis. Perform stakeholder analysis in preparation for process implementation. Plan and drive implementation. Define and ensure the continuing followup on KPIs and other means of ensuring continual improvement. Participate in andor facilitate gate reviews and peer reviews. Effective management of relationships with stakeholders We expect you to hold a relevant education and experience from a job in a mediumsized, fast paced company working with processes. You have extensive experience with CMMI or similar frameworks. Process improvement and implementation. Change management. Training. Continual Improvement. As a person, you are unfazed and calm, and very persistent. You are assertive as well as attentive and you have an empathetic approach to your colleagues and stakeholders. You manage conflicts quietly and competently. Also, you are highly analytical and possess a good deal of decision power. You are fluent in English in writing and speech.
