City Council OKs East Memphis Storage Facility

Memphis City Council members unanimously approved Tuesday, July 21, an indoor storage center planned development at 900 Reddoch Street along Poplar Avenue in East Memphis. The indoor storage center would be built where the Colonial Apartments now stand.

Carbondale council OKs sale of lot to mayor's firm

City Council unanimously approved selling for $30,000 a 1.44-acre property on Enterprise Drive to Mayor Justin Taylor's development firm, which was the sole bidder, city Clerk Michele Bannon said Tuesday. The city had put the property up for sale with a Monday bid deadline.
