Halyard Energy receives air permit for peaking plant in Texas

Halyard Energy Ventures, LLC announced that the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has issued an air quality permit authorizing the construction and operation of the Halyard Wharton Energy Center in Wharton County, Texas.
