By using hot air of upper heater and extreme infrared radiation of lower heater together, MALCOM RDT-250C can reproduce temperature profile of reflow oven while allowing operators to observe melting state of solder paste and record process. Local matrix control system of upper heater enables reflow soldering of PCB in which thermal capacity is balanced with best heating temperature. Operator can observe state of soldering through wide glass windows from rear of unit.
