Based on 14-slot AXIe mainframe and M8070A v3.0 system software, M8030A offers 10-channel BERT up to 16 Gbps with any combination of pattern generator or analyzer channel. Solution provides integrated jitter injection, 8-tap de-emphasis, and adjustable integrated intersymbol interference (ISI) for each channel individually. On analyzer side, each channel has clock recovery and CTLE. Support for up to 10 BERT channels enables mainframe to support 8 PCIe channels simultaneously for ASIC tests.
