New Jersey joins growing number of states suing VW over emissions scandal

New Jersey has become the latest state to sue Volkswagen AG and its luxury units over the German automaker's excess diesel emissions, joining Texas, New Mexico and West Virginia and Harris County, Texas, in suing Volkswagen. The company also faces more than 500 civil lawsuits that have been consolidated before a federal judge in California.

Forest River Suing Winnebago for Infringement

Gillette suing Dollar Shave Club for patent infringement

" The Gillette Company is suing online razor supplier Dollar Shave Club in federal court for patent infringement. The lawsuit filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Delaware claims that Dollar Shave Club is selling products that infringe on patented technology, including a blade coating used on Gillette products such as the Mach3, Venus and Fusion razors.

The Texas plumber who is suing AutoNation for $1 million says his family received death threats after a pickup truck he traded in with the car dealer ultimately ended up in the hands of ISIS fighters in Syria. Mark Oberholtzer says he traded in his black, Ford F-250 pickup truck at AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway in Houston and was told the dealership would remove the decals of his company logo from the truck on their own to avoid scratching the truck's paint.
