EMCORE suitor named in SEC docs as SolAero

The name that will hang on the EMCORE building in the Sandia Science and Technology Park could be SolAero Technologies Corp. In an 8K filing with the SEC made last Wednesday, EMCORE said the purchase agreement it made with Veritas Capital's subsidiary Photon Acquisition Corp., is now officially with the photon subsidiary SolAero. Previously, EMCORE CEO Hong Hou said the sale would mean that the employees and facilities that have been built in Albuquerque will stay in New Mexico "for the foreseeable future."
