Enabling users to retain accuracy without returning thermal mass flowmeter to factory for gas recalibration, QuadraTherm 640i/780i with qMix™ gas mixing software let users create custom gases or gas mixtures to compensate for gas compositional changes in field. Operators can, via included software package, also create and upload unlimited gas mixtures onto meter, save custom gas mixtures onto personal My Gases Database for later use, and download accurate gases from qTherm Gas Database.

Providing ±1% FS accuracy and ±0.25% FS repeatability, Series GFM2, GFM3, and GFM4 can store calibration information for up to 10 flow gases. Digital RS-232 or RS-485 interfaces allow for communication and for multi-drop capability of up to 256 units (RS-485 only). Additionally, interface allows user to set alarms remotely to alert when high/low flow thresholds are exceeded. With self-diagnostics running at start up, GFM2, GFM3, and GFM4 offer optimal choice in gas flow metering/monitoring.
