Business Process Analyst Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Human Spaceflight and Operations Directorate, you will have the following responsibilities Definition, documentation and implementation of work methodologies andor tools e.g. risk management, knowledge management, etc Definition, documentation, implementation and maintenance of associated Management Processes Work Planning as required by Users Technical Business Analysis Installation, maintenance and upgrade of associated tools Interface with Users, including user training Database Management ProcessTool Documentation. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial discipline or equivalent Experience in Business Management, preferably in the aerospace industry Understanding of organisational, financial accounting, controlling and business development issues, preferably supported by professional experience Experience in the use of computers as a management tool is essential MS Office, PC based Databases Good user knowledge of business process modelling tools, e.g. Enterprise Architect or Business Objects Good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Fluency in English spoken and written is mandatory a working level knowledge speaking and writing of French andor German is an asset This job is located in Darmstadt, Germany.
