Dave Strobhar -- founder and principal-human-factors engineer for Beville Engineering offers his expertise. Dave is also the founder of the Center for Operator Performance. The main way to achieve reduction is to condense content. He notes that in a study done with Penn State University, if you look at 40-pages of procedures, there are only four pages of procedures that are unique.
