TVS Diode Arrays offer high ESD withstand capability.

2014-01-20 14:31:20| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Available in 5 voltage options of 5, 12, 15, 24, and 36 V, SM Series protects sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge, electrical fast transients, and lightning-induced surges. Units can absorb repetitive ESD strikes above maximum level specified in international standards without degradation and safely dissipate up to 24 A of induced surge current. Providing very low dynamic resistance, units minimize clamping voltages, ensuring ICs survive electrical threats.
