Manufactured using UL94 V0 flame retardant PC/ABS material and available from 2–12 modules wide, Modulbox XTS features 53 mm height and meets requirements of DIN standard 43880. Modulbox XTS Compact is similar to Modulbox XTS enclosure, but is 32 mm in height. Both come in 3 main types. Type A has 2-step shape, while Type B has 2 steps on one side of box and high side on opposing side. For increased internal volume, Type C features high sides on both sides of box.

Provided in 0.125 in. and 0.250 in. thicknesses, Combination EMI Shielding Gaskets are fabricated from closed cell silicone sponge, silicone foam, and fluorosilicone sponge with edge bonded knitted monel wires. Gaskets are thicker and softer than filled conductive rubber EMI gaskets, making them suited for large enclosures requiring environmental gaskets and EMI shielding. Pressure sensitive adhesive aids installation, while monel mesh offers corrosion resistance and ability to resist oxidation.
