Positioning Sensor is optimized for performance and reliability.

2014-08-27 14:36:00| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Along with proprietary optical design, Optical Positioning Sensor (OPS™) Series has built-in interpolation and AGC. Sensor can be configured with optical limits to reduce cabling and works with MicroE cut-to-length linear tape, linear glass, and rotary glass scales. Cyclical error up to ±25 nm enables positioning accuracy up to ±3 µm/m and smooth velocity control. Linear resolutions of 1, 0.5, 0.1, and 50 µm are available, and rotary resolutions range from 163k CPR to 3.3M CPR. This story is related to the following:Position Sensors |
