Britain tells Japan to aim for 40% reduction on greenhouse gases

Asahi Shimbun: Britain has urged Japan to set an ambitious target in cutting greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. Edward Davey, the British secretary of state for energy and climate change, suggested Japan should slash emissions by at least 40 percent over the 2005 level. Ballard tells lawmakers to repeal religious objections law
