Guardian: A third person has died in France from the countrys worst flooding in decades, as the death toll across Europe reached at least 17 in a week. Reuters: Record rainfall and severe flooding have hit parts of southeast Texas, forcing evacuations and killing at least one person, authorities said on Friday.
