HACKENSACK - Authorities on Friday identified the motorist who died in a crash with a Hackensack police car that was responding to another wreck involving a motorcyclist who allegedly fled from officers. John Parham, 67, of Hackensack, died after the Thursday afternoon crash with the marked Hackensack patrol unit at Ross and Summit Avenues, according to Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir Grewal.
