Tasks and Responsibilities The holder of the abovementioned position will support ESAESTECs Directorate of Technical and Quality Management TEC in the maintenance, operations, and evolution of the Directorates Management Information Systems. This includes updates andor development of new applications and databases covering the following business needs Planning, controlling and reporting of activities or programmes Planning, controlling and reporting budget and financial resources Resource management, manpower planning, time recording charging, etc. Data Warehouse concepts ExtractTransformLoad applications to support reporting and business intelligence needs. The work will be divided into the following tasks. Address requests related to applications and products out of his scope to the relevant support groups in ESA. Provide second line support guaranteeing specialized competencies in all the applications in scope. Provide training on request to the user community for all the applications in scope.
