EPA announced the selection of 243 new grant investments totaling $54.3 million to 147 communities across the U.S. Investment will provide communities with funding necessary to assess, clean up, and redevelop contaminated properties, boost local economies and leverage jobs while protecting public health and the environment. Recipients will each receive approximately $200,000 to $600,000 in funding toward EPA cooperative agreements.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes to fund a cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 2.700% Senior Notes due 2015, with any remaining proceeds from the offering to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility, subject to certain limitations, and any remaining proceeds thereafter for general corporate purposes.
