All those injured in the Lincoln Tunnel after a commuter bus rear-ended a tour bus carrying students from Canada on a graduation trip are in stable condition. Stephen Lincke with the Fire Department of New York says 30 people on the New Jersey Transit bus and one police officer had minor bumps and bruises after the Wednesday morning crash.
