Draft UN climate report warns of rising temperature, sea levels

Asahi Shimbun: A new report from an influential U.N. climate change panel predicts a spike in global temperatures and sea levels toward the end of the century, with much of the blame falling on humans. According to the draft of the fifth report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the average temperature will increase by a maximum of 4.8 degrees and the sea level will likely rise by up to 81 centimeters by 2100.
