Hog Outlook: Highest Pork Cut-Out Price Since August 2011

US - The amount of pork in cold storage at the end of May was 662 million pounds. That is down 5.6 per cent from the month before (which was a record 701 million pounds), but up 4.1 per cent compared to a year ago, writes Ron Plain, senior analyst at the University of Missouri.

Hog Outlook: USDA Lowers Forecast of 2013 Pork Production
