The Citizen reports that Jefrey Padillia, 42, of Oakville, was issued an infraction for failure to obey State Traffic Commission signs and markings that warned of the low clearance . There were no injuries in the incident and inspectors from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority deemed that there was no structural damage to the overpass and the safety of the railroad tracks was not compromised, according to the Citizen.
