A blonde blur of energy bounces out the front door at Christine and Todd Anderson's Oakland home, moving at the speed of silly. This blaze of energy is the Anderson's granddaughters, 3-year-old Katelyn and 4-year-old Elliana , showing their stuffed-dog toys to a visitor, then running around in circles, giggling some more, then speeding back in the house, leaving behind a trail of so-five-minutes-ago activities -- plastic cups from a tea party here, planks and cannons from a pirate ship there.
