The ad, created by Ogilvy New York, features a number of couples building up to asking their significant other "Will You?," which is the tagline of the campaign. The TV spot is an extension of the print campaign Tiffany launched last month and features the same real-life male same-sex couple.

One of the country's biggest mobile companies is hoping the courts will overturn a decision by Canada's telecom regulator that was aimed at creating greater price fairness for mobile TV services. Bell Mobility Inc. charges $5 per month for its Bell Mobile TV service, and allows customers to stream up to 10 hours of programming on their mobile devices without counting the usage against their monthly wireless data caps.

At issue is whether the app is a form of broadcasting or an Internet service. On Friday BCE-owned Bell Mobility Inc. filed an application with the Federal Court of Appeal seeking leave to appeal a Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission's decision on Bell's app, which lets customers stream live and on-demand TV programming on their mobile devices.
