Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) withdrew emergency order which suspended repair station certificate of Aviation Service, Inc. (ASI) in Lexington, KY. Order was withdrawn by FAA on March 11 after ASI met requirement to establish FAA-approved Employee Training Program (ETP). Initially, FAA issued suspension of ASI's certificate after it failed to establish required training program; agency determined emergency existed related to safety of traveling public.
