Associated Press: State lawmakers have again rejected proposed regulations for large-scale wind energy projects, extending Connecticut's ban on new wind turbines. The Journal Inquirer reports (http://bit.ly/1eJxP16 ) that members of a legislative committee rejected the most recent proposal from the Connecticut Siting Council.
