Designed for laboratory and pilot-scale mixing of batches up to 5 gallons, Model HSM-100LH-3 can be supplied with vacuum-rated mix vessel including heating/cooling jacket and mixer cover with sight/charge ports. Interchangeable saw-tooth disperser blades come in 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 in. diameter, suitable for variable speed operation up to 4,800 rpm. All wetted parts are Type 316SS. Driven by 3 hp VFD-rated motor, disperser achieves rapid turnover in viscosities ranging from water-like to 50,000 cP.
