Senior Project Manager

One of our clients in the UK is looking for a Senior Project Manager. It is a permanent role. Key Tasks Project Management Daytoday management of the project core team activities to ensure the entire project is progressing in line with the baseline plan. Communication with customers and internal stakeholders, including Heads of Business, Head of Projects, Engineering Team Leaders and Department Managers, Project Accounting and Commercial teams. Management of the major project reviews, identifying clear objectives, inputs, outputs and success criteria. Management of the project key risks to ensure that risks are identified, captured and mitigation actions in place. Monitoring and control of the project finances contingency, cost to complete, profit take to ensure the project is delivered within the agreed budget. Monitoring and control of all project work packages to ensure they are delivered on time and to cost, and to identify early deviations from the agreed baseline plan. Your Role Degree or equivalent in an engineering or technical subject would be preferable. Proven experience in project management specifically in setting up, running and successfully delivering projects, ideally in a satellite or engineeringaerospace industry. Good experience of implementing contracts. Familiarity with work package systems and matrix management structure preferable. Proven experience in project management in an engineeringaerospace industry. Excellent interpersonal skills able to influence, persuade and negotiate with all levels of people effectively. Understand contracts and product assurance plans. Ability to cope under pressure and ensure deadlines are met. Strong attention to detail. Good organisation skills. Good presentation and customer facing skills. Highly results orientated strong drive to deliver. Proficient in all MS Office packages and knowledge of Microsoft Project.

Le poste propos concerne le dveloppement dune application gomatique pour la visualisation, la fusion et lexploitation de donnes gospatiales images satellites, modles numriques de terrain et modles 3D locaux, cartes, et donnes golocalises. Le systme bas sur une interface de type Globe Virtuel, intgre des technologies innovantes de visualisation 3D hauteperformante moteur UNITY 3D, des interfaces OGC WMS, WFS, CSW, etc. pour laccs des sources de donnes multiples et htrognes, et des outils daide lanalyse et lexploitation des donnes recherche dinformation, analyse spatiale et temporelle, etc.. Le systme est aujourdhui utilis par une large communaut dutilisateurs, qui expriment rgulirement des demandes de nouvelles fonctionnalits. Le rle de lquipe est danalyser ces demandes, de les planifier, et de les raliser dans le cadre de nouvelles versions. Votre mission est double Vous tes le leader technique AIRBUS DS sur ce projet, ce titre vos activits incluent avec laide des autres ingnieurs AIRBUS participant au projet des travaux de spcification dtaille, de conception, et dimplmentation de nouvelles fonctionnalits Vous participez la planification des travaux, vous coordonnez les travaux de lquipe AIRBUS DS 1 autre ingnieur sur site 1 Toulouse, et vous assurez la liaison avec les autres ingnieurs travaillant sur dautres projets dapplication de ce mme systme. Vous tes fortement motiv par la technique et le dveloppement logiciel innovant notamment en liaison avec limagerie satellite, les techniques de visualisation 3D, la gestion de donnes gographiques et les standards OGC. Vous avez au minimum une premire exprience dans le dveloppement logiciel industriel. Des dplacements en rgion parisienne et sur Toulouse seront prvoir. A lissue de cette premire mission, vous poursuivrez des activits de conduite de projets ou de sousprojets dans le domaine de la gomatique ou systmes dinformation gographiques mobilit vers Toulouse possible aprs 3 ans. Nous recherchons des candidats ayant les expriences et les comptences suivantes Titulaire dun diplme dIngnieur ou quivalent en informatique, Premire exprience industrielle de dveloppement logiciel, si possible dans le domaine gomatique dau moins 3 ans, Bonne connaissance technologies .Net, C, Connaissance souhaite dans les domaines gomatique, imagerie satellite, moteurs 3D Intrt pour les nouvelles technologies JeuxVidos, Vision 3D, Globe virtuel, Vous tes reconnue pour votre sens de la relation client et du travail en quipe et pour votre autonomie, Un niveau de ngociation en Franais et avanc en Anglais sera requis.
