Groundbreaking planned for race track, car condominiums

NY lawmakers back crackdown on unregistered car dealers

New York legislators have approved a bill intended to crack down on unregistered car dealers who use city streets as showrooms. So-called "curbstoners" are unlicensed car dealers who sell used cars for profit on public streets and are unregulated and untaxed.

Canadas National Steel Car to build 700 railcars for Canpotex
