A 20-year-old man was injured after the car travelling south on St. George St. collided with a westbound CP freight train at Piccadilly St. on May 30. A downtown-area railway crossing ranked as one of the most dangerous in London by one rail safety expert is being upgraded. The crossing at Piccadilly and St. George streets will be outfitted with a gate sometime this year, the Canadian Pacific Railway confirmed.

European sales volume is up seven percent this year through May, but the market is showing signs of a potential slump. In May, sales grew 0.8 percent compared to the same month in 2014, according to figures announced Wednesday by market analysts JATO Dynamics.
