FCC approves rules for AWS-2 spectrum, prepares for auction

Last week, the FCC completed the process in determining the rules for a new block of spectrum being set up for auction. The AWS-2 (or PCS H block) spectrum is set for auction later this year or early next year. Stricter rules and strong buildout requirements will practically push this block into Sprint's hands.
