Overall Purpose of the Job Electronics power systems engineer for Electric Propulsion team in Space Technology and Systems. Provide technical contribution to the ongoing ESA BepiColombo spacecraft development programme. Provide technical advice to team members within projects and programmes. Key Accountabilities Key member of the clients BepiColombo system engineering team, in the role of technical lead for the Power Processing Unit PPU being developed by Astrium Crisa Spain. The PPU comprises multiple power supplies that are required to operate the clients built ion engines that are the heart of the interplanetary propulsion system on BepiColombo. Providing technical leadership for the PPU, ensuring compliant technical solutions and managing interfaces with the BepiColombo system.
