ASC congratulates Senate Environment and Public Works Committee for passage of the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act (S.697). Approval of this bipartisan reform to the broken Toxic Substances Control Act is a major step forward in getting EPA to evaluate thousands of chemicals that have not been addressed since law’s passage in 1976. ASC will continue to reach out to other Senate offices to build support for full Senate vote later this year.

NAM Fly In enables ASC members to join 400+ business leaders as they advocate on behalf of pro-manufacturing policies with both Legislative and Administration level officials. This first official ASC Fly-In is part of ASC's Long Range Plan tied to Unified Industry Voice strategy. NAM Manufacturing Summit will be held June 2–3, 2015 in Washington, D.C.
