Freeing up the gates, all in concourse A, will allow the airport to move Delta Air Lines - which has increased its capacity at DIA by 19.3 percent - from concourse C by late spring, Patel said.

Railroad development plan OK'd Updated at

The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday unanimously approved a development with the railroad company that sets a time limit for land use approvals and infrastructure improvements on a 278-acre property located at 1000 Roth Road. Kerry Sullivan, the county's community development director, told supervisor Bob Elliott UPRR must pull some type of development permit by 2017 after he asked if the development agreement requires the agency to set a definite construction start date.

Lease OK'd for Northwestern Mutual contractor to move into former Talgo building

Benson Industries would pay $207,625 a year to lease a city building in the former Tower Automotive property for the company's work on Northwestern Mutual's downtown office tower. The lease agreement was endorsed Tuesday by the city's Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee, and still requires final approval from the Common Council.
