A fifth of Latin America's homes to pay for SVOD

Nearly a fifth of Latin Americas TV households will pay for an SVOD package by 2021, up from 10.9% by end-2016. Mexico (28.3%), Chile (23.9%) and Argentina (23.5%) will have the highest penetration rates.
