Position Reference 084 RHEA Group is currently recruiting a Mission Planner to support the Aeolus mission. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Plan Aeolus ALADIN instrument acquisition using the provided mission planning tools Preparation of specific input data files and delivery by the Mission Planner to the relevant services FOS, stations Monitoring the availability of input data Executing the generation of input data for planning work Generation and Provision of specific PDGS monitoring information, and reporting to ESA Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a University degree or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline, preferably in Earth Observation or Computer Science. You have experience on Payload Data Ground segment architecture andor operations. You have the capacity to acquire in depth technical understanding and knowledge of PDGS systems overall architecture, data flows, interfaces, dependencies in a limited time. You have experience with configuration management, change control and release management. You are proactive and a team player. You have good communication skills. You are results oriented. You are capable to work autonomously. You are capable to generate good documentation. You are fluent in English. You have experience with on mission planning systems. You are capable to understand the Aeolus instrument ALADIN operational modes, parameters and constraints. How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
