Four days after a jury ruled a patent asserted by Acacia's Adaptix unit against Alcatel-Lucent, AT&T Mobility, and two other firms was invalid and not infringed, Acacia announces CEO Matthew Vella has resigned . SVP/former i-banker Marvin Key will serve as interim CEO.
