Prolific tech expert Rob Enderle, president and principal analyst for the Enderle Group , is selling his San Jose "contemporary smart home with city views" in the East Foothills neighborhood for $1.35 million to make a move to Bend, Oregon, where he is looking forward to enjoying less traffic congestion.
