Alfa Romeo 4C an 'appetizer' for brand's full return to U.S.

After many false starts, delays and years of waiting, Alfa Romeo offers the 4C this summer, its first car for sale in the U.S. since 1995, Harald Wester, head of Alfa Romeo and Maserati said Wednesday.
