Available for tube/pipe diameters from 5/8–8.5 in., all-electric bending machine has mechanical architecture and control software that reduce tubular part fabrication times. Shape and size of all auxiliary mechanical axes are optimized to reduce their mass and inertia, and application of torque allows acceleration/deceleration at faster rates as well as higher top speeds. On some axes, mechanical dynamics are optimized by type of gearing mechanism employed.
