Amobee is to integrate LiveRamps (NYSE: RAMP) IdentityLink to enhance its Audience Segment Builder, a cross-screen targeting solution. Using LiveRamps identity graph, Amobee will enable marketers to buy inventory based on anonymous IDs to reach consumers across converged media.
