Anokiwave has recently introduced their new AWS-0102 as a new product in the family of core IC solutions. The AWS-0102 is a highly integrated K-band silicon quad core IC that enables planar AESAs and supports four dual polarized radiating elements. This device is well suited for ground based satellite receiver applications.
