Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino welcomed representatives of small businesses from around the tristate area at an event in Tarrytown earlier this month. The breakfast, held at the DoubleTree hotel, was co-sponsored by radio station WCBS and the Westchester County Office of Economic Development.
