At midday: TSX continues decline with U.S. markets closed

Canada's largest stock market continued to fall to multi-year lows and crude oil futures traded briefly below $29 a barrel on Monday. The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was down 90.12 points, or 0.75 per cent, at 11,983.34 at 11:32 a.m. ET .
