To ensure finished-part cut quality, TigerSaw 2000 pairs 17.7 in. saw with pusher system. Automated lineal cutting software and crayon marking of defects maximize material yield. Along with adjustable cutting envelope that accommodates 350–500 mm saw blades, features include pneumatic clamping for handling delicate material and air over oil for optimized cut quality. Lube misting system follows blade delivering lubrication at cut point to increase blade life.
