Airbus Defence and Space.A vacancy for a Business Intelligence BI and Customer Relations Management CRM Technical Manager mf has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse. The successful applicant will join the Information System and Web department and you will be in charge of ensuring the maintenance of operational conditions and the changes of these systems. The BI system provides reporting functions reports and Excel cubes for various functional areas followup of sales, projects, purchases, financial indicators, optical imaging production, credits of reception station contracts DRS, followup of satellite programming elements. It will mainly interface with the ERP of the Airbus DS GEO France legal entity, as well as with GEO optical satellite ground segments catalogues and mission chains.The GEO CRM is an application used by various GEO entities throughout the world and in particular by all GEO Sales and Marketing teams. It allows for example the management of information concerning prospects, customer accounts, opportunities, lists and marketing campaigns. GEO CRM is based on the CRM MicroSoft Dynamics software package.Within the framework of call for tender phases, your main responsibilities and activities will include Leading the industrial works in charge of system changes preparing work packages and following up the delivery calendar Leading works on system operational conditions maintenance following up the exploitation indicators on a daytoday basis, preparing work packages and following up the delivery calendar Managing customer relations giving information on change requests and analysing anomalies, organising followup committees and regularly communicating on the status of the system Managing work package publisher relations following up maintenance contracts, organising version revisions and ensuring technological monitoring Validating the new versions developed as part of MCO, and organising their implementation operational and technical qualifications, training, acceptance, deployment Ensuring the interface with Configuration Management delivering new versions, communicating on the status of change requests and anomaliesThis position will involve an onduty period during the weekend once every two months.As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally in Information Technology, 3 years of experience in IT, Familiarity with Data Warehouse, BI and CRM concepts Good knowledge of the information systems area Experience in andor knowledge of the CRM MicroSoft Dynamics tool or equivalent Ability to converse with user teams, to understand needs and to translate them into technical specifications Independent approach and adaptability Ability to propose solutions Negotiation level of French and an advanced level of English.Please apply online for this vacancy.Airbus Group is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
